To start off ...

Today we learned the word families ug and um.

We made words like jug, pumpkin, pump, and hug.

That means, please add pages 24 and 25  to the word family flash cards.

In Social Studies today we continued to review jobs in our community.  We checked out a fun scholastic website where we got to listen to different stories about community workers.  Check it out below:

Finally, today we got to go listen to the Jubiloso Handbell Choir.  It was really beautiful music played by incredible performers!


If you would like to hear them The Handbell Discovery 2011 Concert is coming to Holy Trinity High School October 15th, at 7pm.  Guest performers will include: The Concordia College Choir Jubiloso, Quarter Notes, and Solo Ringer. Tickets are $10 for adults, and $5 for a child.
