I hope everyone had a great long weekend.  Tonight is our first night of  homework.  Please review the homework letter as well as the letter in the front of the pink home reading book so that you know what to do.

 Today we learned the letter Tt.

When we learned this letter we pretended that we were watching a tennis game.

We also learned the at word family (key).

We made words like sat, cat, hat, fat, and bat.

In Social we learned about different types of communities.  We watched the movie “City, Suburban and Rural Communities”.  We learned that we live in the community of Fort McMurray and we go to St. Anne School.

In math today we reviewed the numbers 4 and 5.  The number 5 is especially hard to swrite because it's very tricky, but we practiced and got good at it.
